This blend is a general blend made with organic mugwort, organic sage, organic passionflower, organic jasmine, organic rose, organic calendula, organic hibiscus and organic nettle. You can expect to get 2-3 yoni steams out of this package, depending on how much you use.
Properties:
Jasmine: Alleviate aches and pains, improves immune system, energy boost.
Hibiscus Flower: Fights bacteria, cancer fighting, high in vitamin C which helps to fight infections and allergic reactions, and aids blood clots.
Lavender: Reduces vaginal discomfort and irritability, an antiseptic (reduces possibility of infection), antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and a calming herb.
Rose: Heals cuts, scars, and burns, soothes skin irritation, and also helps prevent and treat infections.
Mugwort: Stimulate menstrual discharge, eases cramps , stimulants uterine tone and blood flow.
Nettle: Numerous active components that affect feminine health. It can help relieve cramping and bloating. It is also a restorative herb, helping to balance the hormones.
Instructions: Will need medium/large pot.
Fill with water half or a little over half way so the steam will stay going for 15-20 mins without reheating; cover pot.
Once at a boil add your fav essential oils to the water (optional); add yoni steam to the water; cover again let steam marinate for about 3-5 mins.
Lastly, uncover (let cool for 5 mins); place pot in a quiet/comfortable location and wrap the rim with a towel or (pour the steam water in large bowl/deep bed pan); sit directly on pot, hover, or kneel over it for 10-20 mins.
*Caution: Steam may burn you if you do not let it cool
